Now with FREE UK Standard Delivery.

Standard U.K. delivery is free of charge and takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.
Express U.K. delivery is available for £15.00. To guarantee next day delivery, orders must be received by 10.30am.
European delivery is £35.00

OSPREY will endeavour to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days of acceptance, subject to availability (maximum delivery time 7 working days).
Please note that because we use carriers to deliver your products, we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

All methods of OSPREY delivery will require a signature.
Please note that with regard to international shipments, you are responsible for any local import duties and taxes that may be charged.

Please email info@ospreylondon.com if you have a special request regarding delivery. Please remember to state the delivery address, country and area code.

Claims

OSPREY must be informed of any damage to the product within 48 hours of delivery by email to info@ospreylondon.com quoting your unique order number.
Please also contact our freight query department, by email, in the event of non-arrival, i.e. non-delivery after 7 days.

Ownership

You will only own the product once it has been successfully delivered and when OSPREY has received payment in full. Until that time, OSPREY will own the product.

Customs Information

When ordering products from ospreylondon.com for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country.
Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further info rmation. Additionally, please note that when ordering from ospreylondon.com, you are considered the 'Importer of Record' and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the product.

Returns

It is the policy of the OSPREY to ensure that all products supplied to all our customers arrive in perfect condition. Should the product not match your requirements on arrival or
you change your mind, and it is returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days with all packaging and ticketing intact and attached. OSPREY will refund you in full excluding
the delivery charge.

Any promotional offers or gifts supplied with your order should be returned with any returned merchandise.
Failure to return any promotional offers will result in additional costs being charged.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer.
This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.
OSPREY must be informed by email if you are returning a product for a refund.
Please inform info@ospreylondon.com with the reason(s) for returning the product.
