Black Tumblegrain leather has a natural fat content which will help to maintain the leather as it is used. Day to day handling will result in the leather becoming softer and gently bruised, adding interesting character to your bag. Any scuff marks or surface scratches can be improved by using a neutral shoe polish, following the manufacturers instructions. However, we stress that any products used should be tested on a non visible part of the item to ensure there it has no adverse effect on the leather. Do not apply any pressure while applying the polish or polishing the surface as this may damage the surface of the leather. Be gentle and take your time.
