be deemed to be references to the person placing an order via this website.
PLACING AN ORDER
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
If you are unhappy with any aspect of these terms, then you should contact our customer service dept before placing
an order with us either by email at: info@manbagcompany.com or by post using the address below.
By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to manbagcompany.com to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.
Once you have placed an order we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and manbagcompany
for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you.
Your credit/debit card will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order
value where, please see the delivery times and charges.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You may normally cancel your order for any reason up to the point of despatch. If you do cancel the contract within
this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.
RETURNS POLICY
If you want to return your order for any reason, you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
MAKING RETURNS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products
to us. We will only refund the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.

When returning items we strongly recommended you to obtain proof of posting.
We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
PAYMENT AND TAXES
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit or debit card.
We currently accept Visa Debit / Credit, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and JCB.
All transactions are shown in pounds sterling (£).
All prices quoted on this website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.
For orders sent to a member state of the EU, the selling price will include vat at the current rate. The current rate of VAT is 17.5%. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.
OUR GUARANTEE TO YOU
We endeavour to display through this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 12 noon will, subject to availability, will be despatched the next day,
for a 2-3 working day delivery. Those orders received and accepted after 12 noon will be despatched on the day after the next day.
DELIVERY
All times quoted for delivery are estimated only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and accepted before 12 noon will, subject to availability, will be despatched the next day. All orders over £100 will require a signature on delivery. Multiple purchases may be delivered seperately, but will incure only one delivery fee.
EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK ONLY)
Additional cost of £9.95 per order delivered to one address, Monday to Friday only.
This guarantees delivery of your order the next day, providing your order is received by us before 12 noon.
